Scr88 Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated:

• "scr88" / "Platform" / "We" — refers to scr88.vu and all entities operating under the scr88 brand.
• "Member" / "User" / "You" — refers to any individual who has registered and uses the scr88 platform.
• "Account" — refers to a member's personal account registered at scr88.
• "Withdrawable Balance" — refers to funds in a member's account that are eligible for withdrawal after all bonus conditions have been met.
• "Bonus" — refers to any credits, free cash, free spins, or other incentives granted by scr88 to members.
• "Wagering Requirements" — refers to the number of times a bonus or deposit must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" — abbreviation for Know Your Customer, the identity verification process required by scr88 for all members.
• "Responsible Gaming" — refers to the policies and tools provided by scr88 to help members manage their betting activity.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the scr88 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

3 Member Account

Members are fully responsible for all activities that occur within their accounts, including any losses resulting from failure to safeguard their login credentials. scr88 strongly recommends that members:

• Using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings.
• Not accessing your account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
• Log out of your account after each gaming session, especially on shared devices.
• Report immediately to the scr88 support team if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Scr88 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all communications between your device and our servers. Members' personal information is stored securely in accordance with international data protection standards.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

7 Prohibitions and Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the scr88 platform and may result in immediate action without notice:

• Fraud & Forgery: Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Money Laundering: Using the scr88 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Bot & Automation Use: Using automation software, scripts, bots, or any technical tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Duplicate Accounts: Registering more than one account to claim bonuses or evade restrictions.
• Game Manipulation: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or the bonus system.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting loopholes in promotional terms to gain unfair advantages.
• Security Negligence: Deliberately sharing your login credentials with others or allowing third parties to access your account.

8 Account Closure

A member account may be closed under two main circumstances:

Voluntary Closure (by Member):

• Members may close their account at any time by contacting the scr88 customer support team.
• Prior to closure, all withdrawable balances in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met.
• Voluntarily closed accounts may not be re-registered using the same information.

Closure by scr88:

• Scr88 reserves the right to close any account that violates these terms and conditions without prior notice.
• In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, all funds in the relevant account may be seized and reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Account closure due to technical or administrative reasons not involving a member violation will be accompanied by a full refund of the account balance.

9 Liability Limits

Scr88 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law:

• Scr88 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Scr88 is not liable for any losses arising from internet disruptions, device failures, or technical issues beyond our control.
• The maximum total liability of scr88 to any member under any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Members acknowledge that gambling carries risk and scr88 is not liable for any lawful gambling losses.

10 Terms Amendment

Scr88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.

• Members will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notifications or email to their registered address.
